It is a premium HDR 32-inch monitor with 4K resolution for office, gaming, and entertainment. The LG 32UP550-W is a decent 4K monitor for dark-rooms because of its VA panel and we are impressed by the screen clarity and real estate of this monitor. The ergonomics could have been better, still you do get tilt, height and pivot functions. It is great for viewing from a distance because of its large screen, and is also HDR 10 certified, but we did not see any benefit of it.
For around $500, it is on the expensive for what it offers, we feel it is quite overpriced, but if you really need a 4K display for your work, gaming, and media consumption, the LG 32UP550-W is still a decent choice. If you want to save few bucks, check out these budget 4K monitors that offer superb value for your money.
